When will I receive my order?

We will of course try to send your order to you as soon as possible. Usually you can assume that your order will leave our office in Rotterdam the same or the next business day. At the moment of sending you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.

Please take into account extra busyness at PostNL around the holidays. No orders are delivered/processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If your order has not arrived yet and has been in transit for more than 2 days, please let us know in time. We will then start an investigation with PostNL. Do not wait longer than 10 days after our shipping message. PostNL may no longer be able to conduct an investigation if you indicate too late that your order has not arrived.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders within the Benelux will be shipped above the €50.00 free home delivery by PostNL. We ship 1x for free. If, for example, due to not being home or incorrect address details, your order is returned to us, we will charge shipping costs the second time.

If your pebble or strap was delivered damaged, for example due to careless handling by PostNL, please report this within 4 days.

Cancel or return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. To use this right, you can contact us via info@wearepebbel.nl . After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to us are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 4.00 per letterbox package, consult the PostNL website for the exact rates.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@wearepebbel.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
