Orders within the Netherlands are delivered free of charge by PostNL. Your order will come through the letterbox, handy!
If you place your order before 23:59, we will ensure that your order is packed and sent to you the next day. PostNL aims to deliver 98% of all shipments the next day. Does it take longer than two days? Please contact us.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. When we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code to track your Pebbel via the PostNL website.

Yes. At Pebbel you can choose Klarna: Secure Post-Payment.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to make your payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent our emails from sometimes ending up in the spam box. If you have not been able to find a confirmation email, you can always send us a message.
Yes, there may be additional shipping costs. You can see this in your shopping cart or on our checkout page.

If you have a question about an order, it is best to respond to the email you received from us. Then we have all your details at hand :).
Usually the same day, in any case within 24 hours. During the weekend we enjoy our rest (hopefully just like you!). On Monday we will handle all questions again.
Do you have an urgent request? Then emailing is the best option. Unfortunately, we are not (yet) reachable by phone.

Yes! We use 'high-end' Italian leather for our cases. To be precise 'Pebbled Leather'. Now you also know where our name comes from.
In addition to leather, our cases are also made of semi-flexible rubber. This material is shock absorbent by nature and is therefore perfect to protect your precious iPhone from a fall.
Yes, our cords are made from Italian leather, just like our cases.
In addition to the look, design and ease of use, the finish of a Pebbel is of the highest standard. Our cases and straps are finished by hand and undergo a strict quality control before you have your Pebbel in your hands.
Yes, we do. We currently offer a 6-month warranty on your Pebbel and accessories. Normal signs of use are not covered by the warranty.
The compartment can hold up to 3 to 5 cards.
